Assignment

Lavendry Lounge Inc. shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and obligations under these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed by the laws of Mandaluyong City, Philippines and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and courts located in Mandaluyong City, Philippines for the resolution of any disputes.

Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat services are provided subject to your ("Customer") compliance and acceptance with the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read the following agreement carefully. "Customer" use of any of Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat’s services indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

This agreement is strictly between Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties.

As a condition to using any of Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat services, and for the mutual benefit of both Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat and the Customer, the undersigned ("Customer") agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Garment Care, Missing or Damaged Goods:

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat will use reasonable efforts to ensure that its cleaning service maintains high-quality services. 

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat accepts all Customer garments as brought by the customer and does not perform a piece-by-piece count.

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat due to time constraints does not read manufacturer suggested care and washing / drying labels. That responsibility is solely up to the Customer. 

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during washing and drying. 

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat accepts no liability for damage due to color bleeding during washing and drying. 

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat accepts no liability for "special care" items that require particular attention to for cleaning.

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment. 

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat does not guarantee removal of all stains. 

•Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as pens, crayons, money, jewelry, or anything else.

•Customer agrees not to leave such things in its dress.

•We ask each Customer to determine whether they can accept the loss of any garment, if not please do not leave it with us. 

•Customer must notify Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat within 48 Hours of any lost or damaged items, failure to do so constitutes the waiver of a claim for any lost or damaged items.

•Because we do not perform a piece-by-piece count when Customer notify us of missing piece (s) within the allotted time, we ask that Customer allow us two weeks of Grace Period to resolve the issue as in most cases. Should we find that Customer has misplaced item(s) before bringing their laundry for our service OR in the instance that we might have lost Customer's article (s), other customers might return the misplaced item(s) to our possession 

•Because of Insurance liability and space constraints, all completed laundry MUST be picked up within two weeks. Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat accepts no liability for any items not picked up within two weeks and Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat reserves the right to donate unclaimed items to Charity organizations of its choosing

Disclaimer:

Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat‘s liability under this agreement shall be limited to general money damages in an amount not to exceed the charges for the term of service paid by Customer in the time under which the damage is alleged to have occurred.

This liability shall be the extent of Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat's responsibility regardless of the form in which any legal or equitable action may be brought, and the preceding shall constitute Customers exclusive remedy. In no event will Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat be held liable or be responsible for any consequential, special, indirect, incidental, or punitive loss or damages whether or not Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat knew or should have known of the likelihood of any loss or damages. 

Lavendry Lounge Inc., Laundromat disclaims all warranties express or implied concerning the services rendered under this agreement.
